Water is the most wonderful thing... not only does it keep us alive  (thank goodness!), but it has the ability to cleanse us, relax us and make us feel alive again! With society set on fast forward... We can all do with a bit of this now and again.
The best thing about water is we can all enjoy it in our own way, there is no need to have an expensive spa or swimming pool to enjoy all the benefits, a bath or even just the show can still work magic at the end of a stressful day. We have been actively trying our new things and seeing how best we can adust how we run to 'do our bit'.
