Who we are & what we do.
Affordapool have been trading for over 10 years now. From humble beginnings in a garden shed, to a large warehouse and busy online sales company. It has been quite a journey... Especially with us being just a husband and wife team, (but a great team nevertheless!)
Our humble beginnings have taken us through a period of imense change in the pool and spa industry. We have seen the seasonal garden pool go from the basic blow up and fill, to modern framed systems with high tech filter systems. Spas, once the things only other people had, are now common place and the rise of the portable, inflatable type has bought them to the masses... and boy have they advanced in a short period of time. Let us not forget the indoor sector either, whirlpool spa baths are again increasing in popularity with prices tumbling and the benefit of them fitting where your standard bath is. These are indeed changing times.
However as with all things, the advice on how to run these things safely and efficiently hasn't really kept up. The big outlets are quick to see a fast buck but often offer little or poor advice. Where water is concerned... that is a worry! So we have always made it one of our prime goals to bring the information people need to them in a clear and simple to understand way. No one reads all the technical stuff online and walks away thinking 'ahh yes it all makes sense now..'!
We currently trade from 2 platforms online, having converted the website to an infomation only site to free up more time for us to process orders and enquiries.
